Exchanges | Returns

All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to process an "exchange only", we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received. 

Please contact us via email: support@totegametight.com with your order number and reason for your exchange or return. 

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as ToteGameTight are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Items returned must be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way.  Please return your item in its original packaging as well.
