How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.  Shipping and delivery time-frame is approximately 2-5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day. (International customers: Please allow 10-15 business days for shipping time-frame)

*Orders may take up to 10 business days during high volume sales such as store wide sales, Black Friday, and Christmas etc.

Multiple Shipments

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately.  Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.

My package has shipped but I can’t track it?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Ensure you check your spam folder. If 48 hours have passed and you’re still unable to track your order, please email support@totegametight.com.

 

If I use a payment plan such as Afterpay or Sezzle, when will I receive my purchase?

You do not have to pay in full in order to receive your item with these payment platforms. Your order will undergo normal processing as if paid in full.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our goal at ToteGameTight. Please contact our Customer Service Department: support@totegametight.com for assistance.

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card as one of the forms of payment.

Exchanges/Returns

All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to process an "exchange only", we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be available at the time that the exchange is received. 

Please contact us via email at support@totegametight.com with your order number and reason for your exchange or return. 

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as ToteGameTight are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Items returned must be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way.  Please return your item in its original packaging as well. 

Refunds

We hope you love your product(s) but in case you don’t, you can return it for a full refund. We will fully refund your order within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will not except returns and will not issue refunds. 

The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s)

Please email support@totegametight.com with your name and order number and reason for refund request.
