SHIPPING IS FREE IN THE U.S. Ensure you choose “FREE” “US” on the shipping page when checking out. This is the default selected.
Shipping and delivery time-frame is approximately 2-3 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day. (International customers: Please allow 10-15 business days for shipping time-frame)
*Orders may take up to 10 business days during high volume sales such as store wide sales, Black Friday, and Christmas etc.
Shipping Rates (if applicable): The rate charged for the shipping on your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Tracking information may not be available 24-48 hours after we ship your order. If you have not received a tracking number after 48 hours, please email our customer service department: email@example.com. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
NOTE: Once a package is shipped from the post office, we are no longer responsible. If the item is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
